Each qualifying Encompass Consulting assignment is assigned a formal Professional Quality Assurance consultant to provide advice and guidance to the consultant in producing the quality deliverables and outcomes our clients deserve to expect. This service is scaled according to the service being delivered.

Relationship Management

Encompass Consulting has recently invested in the provision of account management services to better understand our clients goals and issues and bring Encompass Consulting services to bear to produce the desired outcomes. Our Client Manager also develops relationships with your internal procurement capabilities to ensure all commercial aspects of our relationship run smoothly. Service Delivery

We have a defined methodology for both the initial engagement and ongoing management and reporting for each of our qualifying client assignments.
